Philosophy
The spiritual and cultural corporate philosophy refers to a dominant consciousness that is gradually formed in the production and operation of enterprises through long-term mutual infiltration and influence of factors such as ideas, concepts, and psychology. The spiritual and cultural corporate philosophy is manifested in the ideals, beliefs, values, moral standards, psychology, and other aspects of the group. Once formed, it is not easy to change and has a considerable continuity and structural stability. The spiritual and cultural corporate philosophy represents the deep structure of the corporate philosophy, which is the true core of the corporate philosophy and represents the most basic spiritual meaning of the corporate philosophy.
The organizational system oriented corporate philosophy is the surface structure of the corporate philosophy, which generally refers to entrepreneurs summarizing specific business principles, behavioral norms, and thinking patterns based on the characteristics of the enterprise. This organizational and institutional corporate philosophy has the characteristic of standardizing the behavior of employees. Therefore, compared to the spiritual and cultural corporate philosophy, the organizational and institutional corporate philosophy is more rigorous and puts pressure on employees. At the same time, because it is a superficial structure, compared to spiritual and cultural corporate concepts, organizational and institutional corporate concepts change more rapidly. It is running along the trajectory of spiritual and cultural type - organizational system type - new spiritual and cultural type - new organizational system type.
